Please contact me with a short description of the product or service you are looking for along with your contact information including your email address. I will then reply back to let you know if it is something that I can help you with and if so, request further information from you as necessary. Once I receive the additional information, I will prepare a comprehensive quote for your custom project and email it to you.

• What if I need a product designed that is not in your Products, Services & Pricing section?
Please contact me with a short description of the product or service you are looking for along with your contact information including your email address. I will then reply back to let you know if it is something that I can help you with. If so, I will request further information from you so we can proceed with your project.

• Where do I need to be located in order for you to produce my work? You may be located anywhere on earth that has access to the internet.

• What are your processes and procedures for initiating a job? My product pages give you payment options, usually either paying a 50% deposit or making full payment. Once you have made your payment online, you will be directed to a page containing instructions on how we will proceed. After I have received your payment in U.S. dollars and the funds clear, you will receive from me via email a questionaire so that I can begin to investigate your needs and desires for your project(s). I will complete your job to your 100% satisfaction. Listed on each product page is precisely what you will receive for your purchase. Upon your complete satisfaction. Full payment of the balance due is required upon your receipt of the final files.

• How long does it take you to create your custom work? Custom work is a process that involves full communication between designer and client, as well as, among other things, research, development and production. Also, because of the very nature of what I do — custom design — my work is always produced from scratch. Therefore your receipt of your work from me depends upon many factors plus the timeliness of my receipt of materials from you such as copy, photos/images, samples, proofs, etc. So in actuality, there is no, and really cannot be, a specific time frame that I can state right here, right now for completing any custom graphic design work. No two jobs are ever the same — that is why businesses come to me to begin with!

REST ASSURED: In order to produce the best and most effective work for every single one of my clients, I work on a first come, first served basis. This way you always know I am not interrupting the time I have allowed myself to work on YOUR project for the next procrastinating client that knocks on my door. You will always have the confidence that YOU ARE #1 and YOUR PROJECT IS MY PRIORITY while I am working on your project. Should you have a critical deadline or time frame that your work needs to be done by, I will work diligently for you and with you to do everything in my power to meet your deadlines while being fair and honest to all of my clientele. Rush charges may apply.

• Where can I see your credentials? My portfolio lists my awards and past end-clients. My resume is available for you to review as well if you desire, simply email me with your request to view it.

• What are your Payment Terms? All terms are outlined in the comprehensive quote you receive from me. You will receive no surprises from me at billing time. I require a 50% deposit prior to my starting your work. Final payment of the balance is due upon your receipt of your completed project from me and your 100% satisfaction. You will receive an invoice at the same time you receive your finished project for the balance due payable upon receipt. Deposits may be paid online via PayPal in my Products, Services & Pricing section. Or you may pay me via check, money order or credit card. I will begin your project once the funds for your deposit are cleared. Final payments may be made via PayPal, check, money order or credit card as well. Depending on the cost and nature of your project, additional deposits may be due prior to the completion of your job. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.
